A major UK steel producer rented land from a marine company for the stocking and storage of iron ores and other steelmaking raw materials. During the rent review process, the two parties failed to agree and the dispute ended up in a tribunal. Ferrousity was asked, by the tribunal, to address several questions, relating to the importance of the land to the 4Mt/y operations and supplying feedback to the tribunal on several other technical aspects.
